Unfortenally, you can`t. The most iconic baobabs are in the west, but you will also find smaller baobabs in the north and south. You will not see any big baobabs in the east.
We have a big coastline, and most of it is sandy beaches. The number one beach destination is Nosy Be, and the beaches are faboulous. Sainte Marie (Nosy Boraha) and Ile aux Nattes (Nosy Nato) on the east coast is a top pick for us, not just for white sandy beaches, but becouse the people and surroundings just are amazing. Morondava, Ifaty, Foulpointe, Mahajanga is a few other good beach destinations. It is easy to combine beach and adventure vacations in Madagascar.
Madagascar is great to visit all year long. The cyclone season is from December to April, so if you are unlucky you can get some heavy rain and be stuck in your hotel for a few days. The weather in the cyclone season is great, when its not a cyclone nearby. From April to November you have the cooler period, but still warm except in the highlands. Prices can be slightly higher during this time of year, since Madagascar receives most tourists during the European summer holidays.
